About Aggre

Aggre (pronounced Ag-grah) is a small concrete homewares studio based in Redfern, Sydney. Their pieces celebrate simplicity and functionality, highlighting the inherent beauty of concrete objects that are made by hand. Concrete takes 100 years to cure, so it is only getting stronger the longer you have it. Each item is hand  poured into a silicone mold and then cures over a number of days. Unlike ceramics, concrete cures by itself; it doesn't require the excess energy to cook it in a kiln.
